What your order status will mean

In plain language: Order placed (your order was received) → In production → Shipped → Delivered, plus On hold or Canceled when those apply.

• Order placed — We have your order. This is also your order-received step.
• On hold — Something needs attention, with the next step shown when known.
• In production — Your item is being made or printed.
• Shipped — Your item is on its way, with carrier and tracking.
• Delivered — Your item has arrived.
• Canceled — The order was canceled, with a short note about what happens with payment.

Each order also shows design, size, and color, the amount you paid, and, once shipped, a Track package button.
